Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) (the “Company”) announced today that
it has signed a lease with Kroger Marketplace at its Fishers Station
shopping center located in Fishers, Indiana.
Fisher’s Station is a part of the Company’s Redevelopment, Repurpose and
Reposition ("3-R") initiative and is situated at a highly-trafficked
intersection in Fishers, located northeast of downtown Indianapolis. It
will be anchored by a new 123,000 square foot Kroger Marketplace that is
scheduled to commence construction in the near future. In order to
accommodate the new tenant, the Company plans to demolish and relocate
several existing tenants at the center. The Company has also signed two
new leases with Jason’s Deli and Tequila Sunrise for an additional
10,700 square feet.
